When you are in a session with Lauren @ Journey Within 22, she takes notes to assist in providing her services to you. Lauren@ Journey Within 22 will make her own notes as well, for reference, and to assist in the flow of information during the session. Lauren @ Journey Within 22 takes notes during sessions by telephone and online, and when providing in-person consultations in the clinic, on location, and at clients’ home and/or business premises.
When you visit the website, the type of information we collect assists with providing you with our services, and to assist you. To do this, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We also use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
How do we collect information?
When you are in consultation online, by phone, in person in clinic, or at your home or business, Lauren @ Journey Within 22 will collect information by taking written notes. Lauren @ Journey Within 22 may also make voice recordings, video recordings, and take photographs for her own private use to assist her in providing you with her services, during a home and business clearing, and to assist her with writing the report afterwards. Lauren will confirm that you are happy for her to do this, before she begins the clearing. If you are not happy for this to happen, then she will make notes, which means that the session will take longer to allow for her to make detailed notes.
When you make a booking and conduct a transaction on our website, as part of this process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, then you can make this transaction with Paypal, or with your card through the payment gateway called Square. These direct payment gateways are offered through GoDaddy.com, and all direct payment gateways offered by GoDaddy.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

The notes that Lauren @ Journey Within 22 takes during a consultation are for Lauren's private use and are not shared with others. All notes that Lauren makes are kept secure and private in a secure filing system. If they are entered into a word processing document, then they are kept in a secure electronic database which is accessible only to Lauren
All handwritten notes and personal information made during a consultation are kept private and confidential, and are not disclosed to any third parties, companies, or businesses.
Clients may request to see the information contained in written notes at the time of the consultation to help them recall and remember the details provided in the consultation, and Lauren will assess if this is appropriate. If Lauren @ Journey Within 22 shares any such notes with you, then you accept that these notes are for your own personal use and are not to be shared with others. Please be aware that some of the notes that Lauren will have made during the session will be time-sensitive and therefore may no longer be appropriate or relevant in the hours and days following the consultation. This is because life changes constantly, and therefore some notes made at the time of the consultation will no longer apply or be beneficial following the consultation. However, the more general and long-term guidance and information provided can still be applicable at a later date, and therefore these notes would still be relevant. The website for the Business, Journey Within 22, is hosted on the GoDaddy platform. GoDaddy provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through GoDaddy's data storage, databases and the general GoDaddy applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
How do we communicate with our site visitors?
We may contact you regarding your appointment time, your booking details, and your consultation, by text, telephone, email, and postal mail.
We may contact you regarding your online account on the website, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Lauren @ Journey Within 22 may from time to time, with your permission, take a video or voice recording. This recording is not to be shared with others, and is not to be distributed or used for any purposes other than your own private viewing. The recording remains the property of Lauren @ Journey Within 22 If Lauren makes the recording during a home or business clearing, then Lauren may also review the recording to help her with writing the report afterwards.
At times, we may request a client for an interview about the services provided and the results achieved, and that we record by video or voice, as part of our marketing and promotional activities. When we do so, we will obtain your permission by providing you with a document to sign, giving us permission to use the voice or video recording for the above purposes, and to which you waive all rights. We may then use that video or voice recording on the website, to help prospective clients gain a clearer understanding of the benefits of Journey Within 22 services, and to find out the ways in which she may be able to help them.
